Alexander Technique, Reiki, and Body Mapping & Kinematic Integration
Alexander Technique can help you understand your movement patterns and how to improve your artistic performance and comfort. It is also a great way to develop stress-management skills. Alexander Technique is available to all enrolled students. Our Alexander Technique providers are Diane Hovenesian and Bob Lada.
Reiki is a spiritual, vibrational healing practice with its roots in Japanese origin. Reiki is used to promote balance throughout the human system. Reiki sessions are with certified Reiki Master, Carolyn Wilkins, who is also a faculty member at Berklee College of Music. Curious to learn more about Reiki? Check out Carolyn's website.
Body Mapping and Kinematic Integration helps you to move in harmony with your structure so you can find efficiency and ease in your movement. The purpose of this process is not treating symptoms but instead, addressing the underlying cause of the pain or limitations being experienced. Sessions are provided by Berklee faculty member, Doug Johnson. For more information, check out Doug's website.
